Getting Started
How do I start playing?
Download Clash of Cards from Google Play, create an account using your email or Google Sign-In, and you're ready to go. Play Practice Matches vs AI to learn the game risk-free, or create/join multiplayer lobbies to compete with friends and other players.
Can I play offline?
No. An internet connection is required for all gameplay, including Practice Matches vs AI.
Is the game free to play?
Yes, Clash of Cards is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases are available for Clash Coins, Lobby Passes, Premium Badges, card decks, and premium cosmetic items.
Gameplay
How does a match work?
Each player receives an equal number of random cards from the selected deck. Players secretly choose one card to play each turn. The active player selects an attribute (e.g. Runs, Wickets, Strike Rate) to challenge. The card with the highest value for the selected attribute wins the round and collects all cards played. The winner becomes the active player for the next turn.
What is a Practice Match?
Practice Matches let you play against AI-controlled opponents. No Lobby Pass is required. Stakes are optional and only the human player contributes — bots do not contribute stakes. It's the perfect way to learn the game, test strategies, and earn experience.
How do multiplayer lobbies work?
Create private lobbies for up to 4 players. Friends join through an invite code. The lobby creator selects the deck, game mode, stakes, and match settings. Creating a lobby requires a Lobby Pass, but joining one does not.
What are the different game modes?
There are three game modes: Last Man Standing (continues until one player holds all cards), Knockout (ends when at least one player loses all cards, remaining players ranked by cards held), and Move Master (ends when a predefined move limit is reached or one player acquires all cards).
Is the game based on luck or skill?
It is a skill-based strategy game where your decisions about which card to play and which attribute to challenge determine the outcomes. Knowledge of sports statistics gives you an edge.
What happens if I disconnect during a match?
The game will try to reconnect you. If reconnection fails, the match continues without you and you may lose your stake.
Clash Coins & Economy
How do Clash Coins work?
Clash Coins are the primary in-game virtual currency used for match stakes, purchasing additional decks, purchasing titles, and participating in future game features. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between players, or redeemed outside the game.
How do I earn Clash Coins?
You can earn Clash Coins through: advertisement rewards (30 coins per completed ad), daily login rewards, daily challenges, match winnings, and the referral program.
How do match stakes work?
Every participating player contributes an equal amount of Clash Coins. A 20% platform fee is deducted from the total stake pool. The remaining prize pool is distributed among winners. This is a skill-based gameplay system, not gambling.
Can I withdraw or transfer Clash Coins?
No. Clash Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between players, redeemed outside the game, or converted into any real-world asset or currency.
What can I buy from the in-game store?
The store offers Clash Coins, Lobby Passes, Premium Badges (Silver & Gold), card decks (Cricket ODI, T20 International, Test, IPL, etc.), and premium cosmetic items (card backs, deck themes, seasonal bundles).
Lobby Passes
What are Lobby Passes?
Lobby Passes are required only when creating multiplayer lobbies. Joining an existing lobby never requires a Lobby Pass. Lobby Passes may be obtained through in-app purchases, referral rewards, advertisement milestones, and promotional events.
Premium Badges & Progression
What are Premium Badges?
Premium Badges are purchasable items available in Silver and Gold tiers. Silver Badge provides 90-day benefits (1.2x XP Multiplier, 1.5x Bonus Reward Multiplier, exclusive Silver Card Back & Title) plus permanent rewards (5 Lobby Passes, 2,000 Clash Coins). Gold Badge provides 90-day benefits (1.5x XP Multiplier, 2x Bonus Reward Multiplier, exclusive Gold Card Back & Title) plus permanent rewards (10 Lobby Passes, 5,000 Clash Coins).
Do Badges affect gameplay balance?
No. Badges provide XP multipliers and cosmetic items only. They do not affect match outcomes or competitive balance. All gameplay-affecting content remains accessible through play.
How does XP progression work?
XP is earned through playing matches and completing challenges. Your XP level reflects your experience and activity but does not provide gameplay advantages over other players.
Cosmetics
What cosmetic items are available?
Titles, deck themes, card backs, and profile customization. Cosmetics provide no gameplay advantages and do not affect match outcomes. Certain cosmetics can be earned with Clash Coins. Premium cosmetics (premium card backs, premium deck themes, seasonal bundles, event-based rewards) are available through in-app purchases.
Safety & Fair Play
Is this a gambling game?
No. There is no real-money gambling. No withdrawals, no betting with real money, no cash prizes. Clash Coins have no real-world value and gameplay is entirely skill-based. The 20% platform fee on match stakes is a standard game economy mechanic, not a gambling fee.
What are the refund rules?
Most purchases are non-refundable once delivered as they are instantly consumed digital items. For issues, contact Google Play for refund requests within their policy window, or contact our support team. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Account & Support
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal information, game progress, inventory, and rewards. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. The same email cannot be used to create a new account for 7 days after deletion.
Can I update my username or email?
No. Username and email cannot be changed once set. You can update your profile picture, display name, and gender in Settings. Date of Birth and Gender are optional and can be updated or removed at any time.
How do I contact support?
Email us at [email protected] or raise a support ticket through our support portal. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Your account is tied to your email or Google Sign-In. You can use the same account on multiple Android devices. Cloud save functionality preserves your progress.
Can I adjust audio settings?
Yes. You can independently enable or disable Background Music and Sound Effects at any time through the Audio Settings in the Game.
